See My Clients 5 K Challenge

Well our first marathon went off without a hitch...ok maybe some rain, wind and a few cramps... Inspired by the movie "Run Fat Boy Run", Ben Weeks (GM from Regus) and some good friends at the Good Shepherd Ministries...we decided to put our feet to pavement to burn some fat and raise some funds for the homeless. It was a privilege to meet the "Around The Bay 30K Road Race" winner Thomas Omwenga who finished 30k in 1:35:29.

A big thank you to my family and friends who supported us in this great event.
